• You are the legal owner of the Content or you have full written permission and valid licenses from all rightsholders.
• Your upload and distribution of the Content on JAMFLIXTV does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• You are fully responsible for clearing all music, footage, images, fonts, and other third-party elements included in your Content.

2. License Granted to JAMFLIXTV

By submitting Content to JAMFLIXTV, you grant JAMFLIXTV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, transcode, display, and promote your Content on JAMFLIXTV properties, including websites, apps, and marketing placements, solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit Content that:

• Contains material you do not have rights or permission to use.
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

5. Producer Warranties & Responsibility

As a producer on JAMFLIXTV, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide to JAMFLIXTV is true, accurate, and complete.
• All performers, crew, and contributors whose appearance or work is visible in your Content have provided you with valid permission or release where required.
• You will promptly remove or update Content that you later discover to be infringing or unauthorized.
• You will cooperate in good faith with JAMFLIXTV regarding any copyright or policy investigation.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement

JAMFLIXTV provides a reporting mechanism for users and rightsholders to notify us of potential copyright infringement. When a report is filed, JAMFLIXTV may:

• Notify the producer associated with the reported Content.
• Temporarily restrict or remove the Content while we investigate.
• Request documentation from both the reporter and the producer.
• Make a good-faith decision to restore or remove the Content based on the available information.

7. Account Consequences

• You have read this policy in full.
• You understand your responsibilities regarding copyright and rights clearance.
• You agree to follow this policy in all Content you submit to JAMFLIXTV.

Reminder: Even if JAMFLIXTV accepts or publishes your Content, you remain legally responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything in your video (including music, footage, images, and performances).
